Dark Tea - 普洱 & 黑茶

Dark tea includes Puerh (普洱) and Heicha (黑茶) , which are teas of post-oxidation (or post-fermentation), that is, instead of during the production, oxidation begins at the end of their process.

 

Puerh has a protected designation of origin so that the production is limited only in the province of Yunnan, using indigenous large-leaf varietals (although a small amount using medium-leaf varietals). The charm of Puerh is in its aging, under proper storage conditions, the flavors and aromas transform, the longer aged, the more complex and delicious it will be.In order to find the best refined tastes, we only work with small and limited batches, but from a wide range of prestigious tea mountains.
