Worldwide Shipping from Europe
Our warehouse is located in Spain. We delivery worldwide from Europe, unless otherwise stated. Wholesale orders may be shipped from Spain or from China directly.
* In order to provide the most efficient and secure service, we have updated our shipping methods. New shipping policy takes effect on Feb 13th, 2023.
Shipping Process
We process orders within 1-3 working days. Once the parcel is sent out, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number by e-mail. In case the parcel does not arrive within the predetermined period, please feel free to contact us; we will try to help you to figure out any potential issues.
Shipping Cost
Our goal is to help you allocate more of your budget to quality tea, rather than shipping costs. Once your order reaches certain values, we cover part or all of the shipping costs. Please review the terms of each carrier below to choose the most suitable option.
* Carriers may temporarily apply additional charges, including but not limited to, fuel surcharges, high demand supplements, etc. Therefore, we may make minor adjustments to our shipping rates without prior notice.
Domestic Deliveries in Spain
Via FedEx, your order will be delivered within 3–5 working days, with a flat rate of €5.88 for the following regions: Asturias, Cantabria, Castile and León, Castile-La Mancha, Extremadura, Galicia, Navarre, the Basque Country, La Rioja, and the Community of Madrid; and €6.88 for Andalusia, Aragon, Catalonia, the Region of Murcia, and the Valencian Community. Orders over €98 (VAT included) qualify for free shipping.
For faster shipping, DHL Express delivers within 24–48 hour, with a flat rate of €8.88 across the Iberian Peninsula and €10.88 for the Balearic Islands. Orders over €128 (VAT included) are shipped free of charge.
Please note that we currently do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands.
International Deliveries: FedEx
FedEx is our standard shipping method for international deliveries, mainly to European countries, the United States and Canada. For other countries that are not in the list and/or for a more efficient delivery, please check the section DHL Express.
Via FedEx, shipments will be delivered in approximately 3-6 working days to most Europe countries, and 5-8 working days to other continents, from the date of dispatch (any delay due to customs inspection is beyond our control.). We assume part of the shipping costs for our customers, and we only require that the value of the goods be over €98.00 (VAT included) in order to apply the reduced shipping rates. If the value of the goods is below this amount, the carrier's full rate will apply. Free shipping is available for orders over respective values.
Special Offer of €15.88 for Canada, the UK & the USA, with free shipping available for orders with a value over €298.00 (VAT included).

* Orders with a value of goods over €268.00 (VAT included) qualify for free shipping.
** Orders with a value of goods below €98.00 (VAT included) are subject to a standard shipping fee of €25.88.

An Alternative Option: DHL Express
DHL Express provides the most reliable and efficient service with powerful ability of custom clearance. In certain countries, it offers shipping rates even better than FedEx. We continue shipping by DHL to all over the world. Via DHL Express, the goods will be delivered to you within approximately 1-3 working days to most of the Europe countries, and 3-5 working days to other continents, since the day of shipment (any delay due to customs inspection is uncontrollable). We charge flat rates as listed below, with free shipping available for orders over respective values.
Standard Shipping Fee of €32.88 applies in the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Vatican City.
* A reduced shipping rate of €22.88 applies for orders with a goods value over €198.00 (VAT included).
** Orders with a value of goods over €398.00 (VAT included) qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee of €39.88 applies to most other European countries, as well as to Canada, the UK and the USA.
* A reduced shipping rate of €28.88 applies for orders with a goods value over €198.00 (VAT included).
** Orders with a value of goods over €498.00 (VAT included) qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee of €48.88 applies to the rest of the world, with certain exceptions shown during the checkout process.

Return
For reasons of food security, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless some items arrive damaged or defective. Nonetheless, you can always contact us to find an ideal solution, in case you have any doubts, or in the exceptional case of any quality issue. Please contact us within 5 working days after the package is delivered, specifying the order number and the details of the defective items.
According to the Spanish legislation on returns, for distance purchases, there is a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date of the order, in the event that the item presents some type of defect. The defective item should be sent back within that period.
Placing the order implies the consent and acceptance of the shipping and return policies, as well as the policies of privacy and data protection.
