Worldwide Shipping from Europe
Our warehouse is located in Spain. We delivery worldwide from Europe, unless otherwise stated. Wholesale orders may be shipped from Spain or from China directly.
In order to provide the most efficient and secure service, we have updated our shipping methods. New shipping policy takes effect on Feb 13th, 2023.
Shipping Process
We will process the order within 1-3 working days. Once the parcel is sent out, you will receive a shipping advice with tracking number by e-mail. In case the parcel does not arrive in the predetermined period, please feel free to contact us, we will try to help you to figure out the potential problem.
Domestic Deliveries
DHL Express is our only carrier for domestic deliveries. The goods will be delivered within 24-48 hours since the day of shipment. We charge a flat fee of €5.88 for deliveries all over the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, only when the order value is less than €68.00 (VAT included). For orders over the aforementioned value, we ship free of charge. We feel sorry that we no longer ship to Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands.
International Deliveries: FedEx
FedEx has been a regular method for our international deliveries, mostly to European countries, United States and Canada. For other countries that are not in the list and/or for a more efficient delivery, please check the section DHL Express.
Via FedEx, the goods will be delivered in approximately 3-5 working days to most of the Europe countries, and 5-7 working days to other continents, since the day of shipment (any delay due to customs inspection is uncontrollable). We stand a portion of the freight for our customers, but we kindly request the order amount to be above €68.00; when the order value is below €68.00, we cannot afford this freight reduction and the carrier's full rate will be applied. Free shipping available for orders over respective values.

Special offer for Canada & United States: €15.88, with free shipping available for order value over €188.00 (VAT included).

An Alternative Option: DHL Express
DHL Express provides the most reliable service with powerful ability of custom clearance. In certain countries, it offers shipping rates even better than FedEx. We continue shipping by DHL to all over the world. Via DHL Express, the goods will be delivered to you within 1-5 working days since the day of shipment, depending on which continent you are in (any delay due to customs inspection is uncontrollable). We charge flat rates as listed below, with free shipping available for orders over respective values.
Shipping fee of €28.00 applies in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Vatican City.

Shipping rate of €36,00 applies to most of the other countries, although there are certain exceptions that will be shown during the checkout process.

Return
For reasons of food security, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless some items arrive damaged or defective. Nonetheless, you can always contact us to find an ideal solution, in case you have any doubts, or in the exceptional case of any quality issue. Please contact us within 5 working days after the package is delivered, specifying the order number and the details of the defective items.
According to the Spanish legislation on returns, for distance purchases, there is a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date of the order, in the event that the item presents some type of defect. The defective item should be sent back within that period.
Placing the order implies the consent and acceptance of the shipping and return policies, as well as the policies of privacy and data protection.
