Shui Jin Gui is available again. The new version comes from a different tea farmer, and the flavor profile differs somewhat from the previous description, although the characteristics of the varietal are clearly displayed in the current version.

Shui Jin Gui, known as Watery Golden Turtle, is one of the four renowned bushes of Yancha, together with Bai Ji Guan, Tie Luo Han and Ban Tian Yao. Unlike the name describes, our Shui Jin Gui isn't "watery" at all, instead it is a classic and elegant choice, with a clear floral fragrance that reminds you of plum blossom, slight fruity note and a comforting feeling in the mouth. Feast your nose on the charming charcoal roast aroma during each infusion, and don’t rush to wash-up the Gaiwan when you finish this tea, as you will find a surprising aroma in the bottom of it when it has cooled down.
