Tea DROPs program

Xin An Chu Tea DROPs program is launched in July 2023. Here we help you to gather tea drops and convert them into free tea. Join Tea DROPs program and save more!

1, Requirement to join

​

All members who have a store account have free access to Tea DROPs program. You will have to sign up and/or login to our website to integrate to the program, but with no need to specially create a Tea DROPs account. Please note that points from different accounts cannot be merged for use, if you have more than one account registered with different email addresses.

2, How to earn DROPs

​

- By placing an order, you will gain 5 DROPs for every 1€ spent. Tax amount and shipping fee will be excluded.

​

- We give 200 DROPs as your birthday gift every year. For the first time, you must enter your birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive the birthday DROPs.

​

- You can also get free DROPs by liking our Facebook page, following us on Instagram and sharing our Tea DROPs program on Facebook, etc.

3, How to redeem DROPs

​

- You can turn your DROPs directly into order discount, 100 DROPs = 1€.

​

- Also, you can redeem specific amounts of DROPs as coupon code for certain percentages of discount of the entire order value.

4, Referral rewards

​

We encourage you to refer your friends to Xin An Chu by sharing your referral link on Facebook, Twitter, and by Email. Once your referred friends make their first order, both you and your friend will be rewarded with 6€ off.

5, DROPs expiration

​

Your DROPs are valid for 2 years (720 days). After this date, all unredeemed DROPs will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in DROPs activity for 2 years or more. We will remind you 30 days before expiry.

Attention: once the DROPs are redeemed into a discount code, the code will expire in six months.
