Each step is a true enjoyment when brewing this 2022 Prize-winning Rou Gui, sweet ripe fruits and warm charcoal toasting notes burst out from the dry leaves in the pre-warmed Gaiwan; spicy and peppery cinnamon notes pleasantly present both in the wet leaves and the tea soup; elegant floral scents flutter on the lid of the Gaiwan and dissolve in the liquor; endless sweetness and strong minerality sustain steadily in the tasty and well-balanced liquor, one infusion after another.
