Tianxin Village is a well-known name in the Yancha world, due to the native villagers of Tianxin owning the best tea gardens in the most famous peaks and ravines of the core production zone. The tea competition celebrated annually in Tianxin Village is a high-profile event and in this time-honored and prestigious competition, our 2020 Prize-winning Da Hong Pao won the High-Quality Award among thousands of tea samples.
Worthy of the award, our 2020 Prize-winning Da Hong Pao is indeed high quality. A tempting ripe fruit fragrance floats up the moment the dry leaves are placed into the pre-heated Gaiwan, and strengthens in the first few infusions, then the scent turns more floral in the subsequent steeping, both in the Gaiwan and in the tea soup. The flavorful tea soup remains intense during multiple infusions, and when it finally mellows, the tea soup brings out a subtle but pleasant honey note and is still very tasty.
