Da Jin Ya (big golden bud) is made from very tender harvest of all single buds, which gives the tea some delicate and subtle characters. It is basically similar to our Da Jin Zhen, likewise golden hairy buds, honey, fruity and fresh sweet corn notes in the same way, but with more malty hints in it. And there might be some slight astringency only when very long steeped.
