Longchá Bio comes from the biological tea garden Chá Camélia in mainland Portugal and is carefully handpicked and handcrafted. This tea represents the garden’s new exploration, and the 2025 edition is only the second production. We witnessed its development by tasting since its very first experimental batch in 2024, and we know how refined it has become.
This adorable Oolong underwent a relatively light oxidation process, bringing rich honey hints and pleasant tropical fruit notes, typically mango, in both the dry leaves and the refreshing liquor, along with a subtle white flower fragrance present on the lid of the Gaiwan. It is a comforting tea, free of astringency and bitterness, and rich in sweetness, perfect for drinkers with a delicate palate.
